We provide a number of bulk bases for the customer who wants a more turn key product. You simply buy a gallon of product, scent as you wish, bottle it and put your label on it.  All bases have been tested so you don’t have to worry about safety.  This section will grow as needed. Shipping charges will be adjusted on all purchases.
